What an idiot. I wonder if this is the first time he's done this. Whether he thinks it's racist or not doesn't matter.  From what I read in the article it's clearly against the law and should be dealt with accordingly. That's all that matters. I'm thinking he's so old he has a chicken/red neck LOL
