But how much of that money was paid in dividends to the share holder who spent their money on this company and how much of that was spent to rebuild and upgrade the plant? I am sure ATT is not putting 13 billion in the bank. And the wireline side is a dog. They make the majority of it in wireless. And I know they are spending there.
