60% easement...Wonder who will get those work orders? Haven't made my mind up yet. Me being the new maintanence guy, I know who gets the easements. It's hourly and overtime is okay. Everything is supposed to be paid for. We'll see. Plus I think I got a new greenbean that hasn't figured out yet that easements suck. Like a good marine going through that crap.
