Well yea, when they want emails forwarded to the white house of opposition, which was taken away, but still they wanted it, and then getting on facebook and others to see who is in opposition, that is spying on Americans. For not liking policies they are trying to enact. Not for terrorism. But Napolitano wants to label any opposition and terrorist to make Americans non-Americans in their eyes. But when they oppose they are concerned citizens. Trying to bring back the 'fairness doctrine' is another one. They all scream first amendment until anyone disagrees with what they say.
