Those are not quotes from Rush. Those are things someone else said he said. They don't have the transcript to go with it. Until I hear it I won't believe it because a liberal who doesn't like Rush says he said the "safer after dark......" comment. He says he never said that. There are recordings of the show. I am sure if this goes much further he will produce those. You are right. If this guy slandered Rush then he could be in trouble. But this is a letter not evidence. That's all.
