This will never pass the supreme courts scrutiny, but the simple fact that it is even an official bill in congress shows how far they are willing to push and how unafraid of the people they are. This thing is so open ended as far as who decides what and when an emergency occurs and concentrates the descision making into one person it is scary. Add this ontop of the crap that happened under the clunkers program which basicaly gave the government unfettered acces to the network of any dealer who used the program.
People need to step back and take a look at the whole picture, and not each little peice. The current leaders in Congress are trying to kill us with a 1000 tiny cuts. Start looking at the whole basket of crap congress is trying to pass on to us all. Any one of them no big deal, look at them all and it is downright scary.
