you will find that most of the rip offs are here in the south if someone  riped you off up north you were more then likely history and no one ever found out . I have buzzed some here in the south, got my money and now stay away from any cable or sat work cause it happens in both industries . you will also find that most of the people here who trash others are the very people ripping installers off.
