I said they told me they were getting .10 cent a foot. Surely, there isn't anyone out there overtrashing fiber for that. But, ya never know. That is why prices are so low, because someone will always do it for less. I mean come on, overlashing fiber is not rocket science, just about anyone can do it if they have the truck and gear.
