Re: sub contractor rights


Sorry Dude, but BS thinking like this went out the window about 3 pay decreases ago.  This industry is about 80% crokked and everyone knows it.  These BS contracts will not hold up in court.  I dont care if its signed & notarized. You can not sign certain righgts away. You can not sign a contract that says you will work for less than the min. wage.  You can not sign a contract that ignores OT laws. They will not hold up in court.  If you really eneed proof, I will be MORE than hapy to provide it.

This industry does not reward hard work.  It only rewards those who can get (not do) the job done the cheapest.  If over 30 years of pay decreases aren't enough for you to see this, I dont know what is.

It's sad that guys have to pray for hurricanes in hopes to earn a decent living.
