This growing company is well known for being a Competitive Multiple System Operator and offers State-of-the-Art Network Architecture. They are in need of a Senior Engineer in their HFC Network Design department.
The Senior Engineer is responsible for advising and managing the design of the Cable Television Plant, directing the quality of construction, recording information and coordinating with Operations on additions and changes.
The successful candidate will have some college (preferred) or equal experience, an understanding of Radio Frequency propagation and the effects of the Hybrid Fiber-Coax networks components on the quality of performance, activation and utilization of the return spectrum portions of the network. This individual will also possess a working knowledge of design techniques using LOADDATA or the equivalent and solid experience with design mapping and representation common to the industry. A working knowledge of maintaining plant records and management tools, field engineering and actual plant construction are also desirable.
