It's a customized Glock by a company here in Alabama.
You can order custom messages on parts you send to them.
Personally, I wouldn't have the muzzle engraved due to the difficulty in cleaning powder residue from an intentionally created crevice. Also, they camouflaged the slide and chasis, which would make it hard to find if you dropped the damn thing.
