I was getting 1.00 a foot in 2007 in Colo. and 0.42 a foot for additional fiber...outdated now but something to look at.
Got to look at % of easement, tree trimming, addl. cost, hours you can work in some towns, etc. plus the MSO and town you are working in..most MSO's will just hand you a price sheet and say this is what we pay..usually 20 to 30% below a bid price.
