All I have to do is call the health advocate my company provides and they work out the payment deals. I don't have to threaten anyone. I was simply pointing out what I see to be a problem in the system that needs fixed.
Another good one is the bill from the unknown dr that's out of network who did nothing more than read your x-rays. Then the insurance refuses to pay up because it wasn't "in network or pre-approved" If someone would tell me all the dr's that were going to be involved I would make sure they were all in my network so I could avoid the hidden surprises. That's another call to the health advocate LOL
