You have some good points JD , this is a catch 22 situation. I don't think what the Gov. has come up with so far will  work . Mabey there should be some Caps put on a few things before we go foreword,or would they be cutting there own throats. On something like this I think we should take our time and get it right. Not cram it down our throats. The Dems say they have been fighting for this for 40 yrs. You would think they would have come up with a solution by now. Thats Gov. for ya. Why can't they put it in laymans terms and let us all read it? This healthcare bill smells of fish.
