OK . I'm for the little guy too, but the Gov. does't have the best track record . A Gov. run anything scares a lot of us. Instead of running it, cant they just regulate it ( set rules on prices, and how law suites are handled, ect.)  and fix what we have? Maybe get rid of the fraud, and leave our right to choose intact? I believe the Gov. is there to protect us from the things you speek of , not take us over. If we let the Gov. take over the largest industry we have with  the power and money they have, then "BADA BING" we have socialism.
God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.
