Chuck, you need to look at the application process again or have someone look at it that truly understands the application process and said rules. I am running a strand and two fiber crews on a big fiber job, 300 mile fiber inter-connect to all their systems, with light going to all the homes. They are banking on stimulus money and if you have political connections that helps. You can get the money to do almost all your systems as they are almost all considered rural. Don't miss out on the chance or opportunity to upgrade and expand your systems because you think there is too much paperwork. Hire someone to figure it out.
