this shouldn't be able cable vs. dish. This guy was probably a dish subcontractor where he was taught never to wall fish or was told simply not to do it (insurance/liablity issue). When I was a cable tech in house we never wall fished, we refered it to construction. I finally learned myself when I became a subcontractor but that was on my own. TWC has all techs refer wall fishes to construction.
