But what happens when something goes wrong? Eventually you are going to find a water pipe or electric line with your drill. Fire estopment will require cutting a wall.......matching paint after using spackle....something will cause a repair. Who pays for that?
I would just suggest charging enough to pay for these eventualities. If you are an employee there is no issue....the employer pays and gets the extra money. Would you be fired for drilling into an AC line in a wall?
If you are a contractor YOU pay. Is there enough income to compensate for the risk? Do you share the extra money?
