Yep.  Go back to the origin of this thread:

  1. He sends me a PM
  2. Blocks the receipt of PM
  3. Posts a response, sort of, maybe it made sense to him
  4. Puts me on ignore so I can't responde back to him
  5. Slinks back in and posts more babble
  6. Puts me back on ignore
  7. Repeat steps 3 thru 6
I'm thinking his tin foil hat may be on a little too tight.
