Yep, that sounds like a couple of linemen that worked for me, off and on a few years back. Local boys, that make the rounds of every contractor that comes to town, until the contractor figures out that they are worthless. They keep calling about once a month to see if I have some work, I just tell em no. Don't have no need for crackheads or tweekers.
