Showing up on time????? WTF!!!

It has nothing to do with showing up on time.

I recently was in a system (Cable TV installs) where they gave me 5 jobs to do all in the same 2 hour time frame, and two of them were triple plays, the other three were double plays. Just the driving time for those 5 jobs was about 1 hour. I was not charged back, but I could have according to the contract.

It is on the install side of things (both Cable TV and Satellite) where most of the charge backs occur.

The point is, most of the time it's a no win situation for the installer. You don't usually have control over the work you get, yet many times an OTG is imposed. It's pure Bull Shit!!!! Completely unethical.

An OTG should never be imposed when the installer has no control over the workload. PERIOD!

The OTG is just one of the many charge back tools used today to RAPE the wallets of hard working, competent technicians.

It is nothing more than a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
