Normally Most companies pay their maintance techs, MDU techs, construction techs. Cause most of those guys have been in the trade long enough to know how to swing a hammer, if you know what I mean. Most installers are pretty mild mannered. They won't resort to violence to get their money. They just cry about it on the bar. Now I'm not saying what they should or shouldn't do. But most contractors know I have a temper.
