you must be new in this business because you do have rights you can attach a lein by going to the court house and filing a letter with the clerk of the court that you are intending to file a lein and the clerk will send it to the home owner and then when the primary company get it usally in 2 weeks you have your money i have done this on several occasions but be quick you have a limited amount of time to do this with out it costing you money to file a civial suit
