As far as Grounding Goes, I Do not see the Tria Ground Back to the Dish. Which Wildblue Requires. As far as Earth Ground you wouldn't see it from that Picture unless you Saw the Ground block If one was even used. Anyone who Works with Wildblue Knows the Send and Received Lines Act as the Dish Ground back to the Ground Block when the Tria is Grounded to Dish, which should then be Grounded to NEC , Local and WildBlue Spec. The other Dish is Mounted to an Old Faded Sony Mast no Doubt, Though from my Vantage its a Dish network Dish. Any Rotational Dishes I've seen from Direct are elliptical. Hard to Tell if it is in fact Sealed But Hey If its in Texas Im Sure I'll Do the Service Call and Get a Reinstall Just based on the Grounding, Though The Elevation looks a little off for a Texas Install.. Any Who - Just my 2 Cents.
