Gaffer22, you are absolutley right. you can't teach an old dog new tricks. its time to push them out. they're the ones that gave the subcontractors a bad name. get your certs or get out!!!!!!!!!!!!
i hope we all agree here that what we do for a living is a profession.
what is a profession? i looked it up for you.

please list any profession that doesn't require some form of certification.
the cable installation industry is soo far behind. i think the industry is finally catching up with the real world and its going to weed itself of all the uneducated burn outs that can't make it in the real world. hopefully within the next year i won't be ashamed to say i am a subcontractor and not be associated with the cry babies that are on these forums.
