re: knights use of unlic contrators in Pinellas RE

Any comments on needing a low voltage in Pinellas County and Pasco.  I called each they require it in Pinellas and Pasco.  Pasco's more strict. You have to have a State Low Voltage.  I guess this may worry those who sub contract this type of work.
