I will give the point that the pres only makes 450000 and ceos can make much more. But here is the big difference. The president is paid on the peoples dime, a ceo is paid on the private companies dime and can be fired by the board of directors at any time. None of the companies that received tarp money should have, that is what centuries of precedents in bankruptcy courts is for. Obama trampled them and then wants to run the board rooms too. The government is way out of line and in my opinion, violating the Constitution involving itself in a companies internal governance. Let companies stand or fall on their own, not be artificially kept afloat and then taken over by the government. Worked for 200 plus years, why did we change it now and what did we get for it, not much, and we all will have to pay for it eventually.
