I disagree. I believe he was born in Kenya. I'm not so sure that would make him ineligible to be president.
I do believe he is getting a pass because he is black, or at least perceived to be black. The possible repercussion that would follow, should it be revealed that he isn't eligible to be president (if true) could be extreme. I believe, had he been almost anyone else, the long form of his birth certificate would have already been forced to be produced.
I don't see any advantage in keeping the document sealed, if it holds no damaging information. That in itself is very incriminatory IMO!
