I really love this place.....I learn new things even though I have been in the business for 25 years. Why would they run a tone at 22khz when everything is at 5 mhz and up? Mostly above 40 mhz and dish and direct tv are far above that......anyway you're right if that is true because a diplexer only goes as low as 5 mhz and that is only one side of it. Depending on the kind of diplexer one uses of course.
