Yeah it is funny though if you contact any of the Unions about organizing they just blow you off. The unions don't really want anything to do with this side of the industry. The one TWC contractor around here that did organize (CVC) just told all the guys that if the union came in TWC would not give them the contractor any work and of course the subs would not get any either.
Same old story, you are an employee everyday but Friday (payday) On Friday you are a subcontractor and it is all your fault that you had money missing.
