I'll go with Butch on this one..I've done a lot of PA's and never heard of not measuring for violations...might want to ask about it...maybe they don't know what they are doing..don't matter how many poles are involved, it comes down to doing it right or doing it wrong. I know no person in the business that can eyeball a pole and give you a measurement (Exact that is) You call it 40" to power, I call it 38"..Violation..who's right? You call it 30" to the pot, I call it 26"...Violation..who's right? Secondary over street??? On and On....Way too many variables not to measure.
