Yes sir, he was competant enough to kidnap and hide her from the world. He raped and tourtured this little girl. there is no hell hot enough for this dirtbag or anyone who hurts a child. to hell w/ wasting tax $$$ to find out if he is compitant. $10 for a fer concrete blocks and a trip out to sea should be all we spend.
