today's pole audit rates

In a metro environment where 80% of poles are front street side and the balance rear easement, what would be a competative rate to GPS each pole to include secondary drop poles and simply identify ownership and any violations? No sticking of poles and no measurements. Pole spacing is between 150 -200' each.
