Here is an unsupported tweak.

To diplex the HD sat line move the BBC converter upstream from the diplexer so it is between the LNB and the diplexer instead of at the back of the receiver. This is reported to work but is not supported. The BBCs are not weather proof and boxes newer than HD22 have the BBC internally installed so you are screwed with the newest (H23+ ) boxes.

And there are limits to what you can do. This still may interfere with internet access.
