Gary , Sounds like youve had a few too may bad experiences! I have too and started up my own co. I pay good and dont try and keep the workers money. I am very fair and getting screwd over by the big guys was my reasons for going into it. Ive got a ton of MDU's to do and am in-need of a GOOD man to help get things going on the right track.
