I believe a reform is in place. I really do. Just not a government forced plan. We need to look at how insurance companies have so much power and make it so people can afford it IF they want it. Many people just don't want it. When I was young I didn't want to spend the money so I didn't have it. Some can't afford it and something needs to be done about that but government control isn't the answer.
