Re: What is the charge back for non-responder?

There is some BS arbitrary percentage...I have heard as low as 33% to as high as 75%........it varies.  Another number I had a year ago was that one in six American houses have no land lline phone and have no plan to get one. SDo you can run all week and never see a landline phone and they will try to start paying you  "on a lower tier.' It is crap!

An Directv lets the HSPs do this. As a generalization (because states vary) there must be a do over period before any deduction from invoices. Payroll checks cannot be touched...they can fire you but they have to charge you with theft to recover lost money.

Continue to charge for phone work. Stop lying about the reception. PPV & Caller ID are about it. Relocating phone outlets is a valuable service to offer "while you are there"  and ez money. Do not give the HSPs any of the custom work money.
