just a note here   ran across a book at our library, a missing plane, about a B-24 found in the 80s,  They sent out crews, recovered bones of i think 12 or 14 people, it was being used to take guys on leave. They were able to indentify all people on board, the ways are awesome, height, weight, and 1 because he recently had his teeth cleaned.  they returned the remains to the next of kin, who said it did make a difference, knowing we were still doing all we could do to bring them home, and gave closure to them.
