There isn't a co. called corp to corp. Thats is what they are trying to get as a contractor. Meaning "I am a corporation and i would like to give several sub-corporations a sub-contract to do our work." We will oversee those corps. but we want experienced contractors that employ or sub-contract individuals. If your corporation can handle your people then it wont be a problem to handle your corporation. If one of your individuals mess up said contract, then they will let you all go! It looks better to the company they have the contract from. It also means they have an overabundance of work and need as many individual's to help them. Hope this helps!
