You got to feel sorry for the guy.  I mean it's obvious that he has suffered some sort of traumatic, life altering event.  People like this have a reason,(usually out of their control), for acting like this.  Probably beaten or raped by a family member or close friend of the family.  Women, children and animals avoid him like the plague, little if any self-respect, self abusive.  Any one thing or combination of these things would cause the anti-social behavior he exhibits.  Unfortunately individuals like this continue in a downward spiral and hit rock bottom before they begin to heal.
