if you do the work right, are professional in appearance/ethics, and dont get involved in the politics there is no reason to get black-balled in the first place.  simple ethics and quality work!!!!! if people can't do that, then they need to get the hell outta cable....   those are the kinda idiots that screw it up for the rest of us especially as contractors!!!!!
