It fell off and went 1000 ft and didn't kill anyone....stroke of luck lol. Of course I understand why one wouldn't climb towers in the rain. I have gone up towers before. And a hard hat would have kept their hair straight. They don't deserve to climb towers if they can't keep their hair straight.
