same place as before with changes for all less waste and more people in the system . wanna use your company go ahead . they also will not be allowed to turn you down any more . as this part of the bill . government can take control if the people billing the system are not ripping it off .put in penalties to stop this . it is very do able . not all points are simple yet it needs to get started.cause if it does not ,more of this snow ball will ruin this country . I can not tell you particulars and neither can any one else until it is passed it will be passed and the changes will come about period the house and senate are demo controlled . and that is not always good but in my opinion this time it is .
any one reading this other then sab3r or bank you will need to pickit up from the beginning or you are reading out of the loop .
