Do it at your own risk ( as well as your family's). You are correct , they are uptight, you will have more rules and policies to follow, which is not bad if they made sense. The rates are low and you will be working 60-70 hours a week, with no time for a life, and by the time you look at your net check, you will wonder why you signed up for this. At one time the company was the best in the industry and had the right idea, which is to nurture the field staff, however, it has now become another ivory tower company where upper management worries only about bonuses, and doesn't consider the effect on the everyday worker. The trucks are in bad shape, even thought they are new, and I am not sure what office you were in, but the ones I worked in, the board of health would have condemned. The project managers are not there as a resource, they seem to be there in the morning (sometimes), and then gone.
The Charter issues are too long to detail, but they are a nightmare.
Prince's best days have come and gone, but this is just my opinion.
