It's basically 3 locations (1 ring cut & 2 entries). Its for a small company & the network manager is an old friend. To give you an idea of how small they are. They have never contracted anything. They do everything in-house. Their guy just doesn't have time to do this one. So I was more or less doing a favor for a friend. That is why I wasn't trying to retire off him. Thanks for the help.
