did you see the check . probaly not . what the courts rule or a jury rule does not mean they cut a check .
you make it sound so easy it is not lawyers will not tkae cases any more without money's up front and if they do please send me a list as I have been looking foryears and they all say the same thing 40,00 up front could take 7-8 yrs then try to get them to cut a check so .so what seems to be good news by your standards does not apply in the real world . ask an attorney .
