hi-gear is a great company to work for !!!!!  the owner Sam Gordon is a stand-up guy that will do anything he can to help you out.  i have not worked the install side of his company, only the construction side that i believe he has currenlty stalled.    i would work for this fella anyday of the week and twice on sundays (and have actually done both)  anytime he asked me to...    BTW - pay is ALWAYS on time and his rates are some of the best in town!
