Put the locals on the 99 or 103 and immediately produce:..... a market for the SWM equipment,............a need for HD receivers to replace the legacy eq with SWM compatible boxes.....service charges for the new dish,,,,,,,,,and a future monthly HD charge for all customers in the market area.
Directv has managed to reverse the adage that the razor is free but you gotta pay for the blades. Now you pay for the razor and the blades.
