I worked for a company that did this and the only people the benefited from it was the company. It won't take you long to realize you are working for minimum wage. The starting point to get the bonus money was set so high that there were only a couple of guys each week who made it. It is more about getting lucky than doing hard work. They make it sound like it's a great thing and you will all make tons of money but since when does anyone in this industry do anything that benefits the techs? Good luck to you.
