i am new to the bar and i have a question about dish network's new pay for performance pay structure.
currently i make 11 and hour working inhouse. while not great pay im glad to be working.
dish is apparrently implementing a new pay scale that would set my wage at 7.25 and hour but pay me a dollar value per point. that value varies from .75 to 4.00 per point. after crunching numbers and my performance rank in the past year. this could be a huge raise for me and other techs. now i know they have implemented this structure in some markets and from what i hear it has been a great success. it was already supposed to be implemented in my market but they withdrew it for "figuring out the pdo aspect of it".
guess my question is. is there anyone who has heard of this pay structure or is already under it. and anyone have an idea when this thing is suppose to go national.
